Well, you’re on the home page.

Welcome to briborn dot com, a website that will provide you with insight to my passions, work experience, and hobbies. You can find my resume and links to my social media below, alongside some of my accomplishments on the other pages of this site. This is the one stop for all things pertaining to radio, music, healthy living, college life, and more. One of the quotes that has stuck with me is, “Be the person you needed when you were younger.” When I’m not in the office, I’m constantly looking to better myself and the world we live in, spreading the power of positivity & music. From turning my fellow Rutgers Students & friends onto new genres of music, to inspiring mindful eating habits, I plan to extend my reach out into the world with the help of this website.

My main focus and first love, music, can be found in many mediums on this website. Under the Interviews tab, you can find an outline of How To Interview Artists and will have access to all of the interviews I have done. For the past year, I have been interviewing artists for WRSU-Rutgers Radio. I began last October, to be exact, with the pop/folk singer, Regina Spektor. After that, I set off to interview every artist that had something different about them, looking to keep the station’s content exciting and unpredictable. Through these efforts, I made my way to music festivals like Governors Ball, Lollapalooza, Warped Tour, Made In America, and Sea Hear Now, as press, this past summer. Not only did these interviews perform well on the radio station’s social media accounts, but the videos have also done well on Youtube, drawing in attention from people of all ages and nationalities. It is clear that the music on our freeform college radio station has the power to bring people together. On my Weekly Posts page, you can find some of my words about music pieces. Last year, I fell in love with the challenging dance between writing about music, or “Dancing about architecture,” as many of the greats in music would say. You can find pieces about up-and-coming artists, reviews, and the local NJ music scenes, on that page.

The page that seems a little out of place, Vegan Lifestyle, is simply on here because I wholeheartedly believe that being vegan is easy and rewarding in many ways! Not only is it a deal with animals, but it is spiritually, healthfully, and environmentally impactful as well. The transition to veganism can be fun when you have support, so I encourage you to reach out to me with questions after checking out that page.
